Great food and scenery! Think at this level for breakfast there should be a omelet bar and a pancake/waffle station!

For being a buffet and being expensive, this buffet was surprisingly incredible! Best breakfast we had on the island, with lots of options to try and things if you're feeling adventurous. I loved being seated on the water to see the birds. Wish we had gone many more times!

Solid 3. Over-easy eggs, whites were a little underdone. Beautiful atmosphere and great service.

They have lots of fresh fruit, pastries and normal breakfast fair. The passion fruit guava just is the best juice I have ever had.

Good food friendly staff but expensive

This is the breakfast buffet at the Hyatt. Pretty good breakfast spread and great ambiance overlooking the pond with swans. The breakfast items were all tasty, the price however is a little steep at thirty two a pop.

Not much variety on buffet selection. But it has a nice view of the lagoon. Decent service and price.

In my opinion, not worth the $32 PP the breakfast options weren’t all that great. Nothing you can’t find at your average holiday inn. Also, the food was cold.

Good basic breakfast that will hold you over for the full day till dinner. Lots of variety, but the same variety every day. Service is good and staff is very hospitable. Try to get it as part of your hotel package.

Buffet for breakfast. Every day a few different types. Don't expect the best food. Service is not too bad, quick enough or coffee and cream on the table.

The staff was Very Helpful with my gluten allergy. I was given Gluten Free Pancakes. Pancakes were Delicious

Absolutely gorgeous! Great food!

For the past 5 years the Swan cafe has been a part of our visit because the food was out of this world, but our last visit was truly horrible. They have cut their buffet spread by 50%, and what was there, had been changed to a cheaper version of what once was. The table clothes were even removed to expose damaged dingy tables. What’s more, the prices went up. Not good Hyatt. Your merger lost our business moving forward.

Wonderful food. Two on our party had the breakfast buffet and two ate off the menu. No one was disappointed.

Helpful staff, good food. Not cheap. If you aren't in the hotel, it isn't worth going out of your way. Syrup isn't real maple syrup and didn't see any coconut syrup. In most aspects American style. Latte is tiny, would suggest the drip coffee.All food came out hot and quickly. Haven't toured the buffet, but at $32 a person, I hope you are hungry or have it included with your room.

Hyatt regency Maui, Swan breakfast buffet was awesome. Wide variety of breakfast. Fresh items and keep on refilling. Even for vegetarians they have many varieties like fried rice, tacos, pasta, potato wedges and so on. If you are staying at Hyatt regency then you must try their swan court breakfast buffet. It's awesome.

Lots of options!!! Kind of wish there were eggs made to order since they only served scrabble and occasionally eggs Benedict but it already had the sauce on it which I don't like. Waiters are great and super friendly.

Decent food. Don't go expecting totally awesome seasoning, it is more on the safe side for the many people that come through.

Swan court offers meals right by the pond and small waterfalls. The breakfast can be very refreshing in that bright and breezy environment. Breakfast buffet is a bit pricey but offers fresh fruit and decent egg options plus juice and coffee included. The meat and cheese options can be improved.

Get the salmon!

It's a beautiful setting though dated. They will be renovating the hotel over the next year we hear so I suspect it will be spectacular in 2021. Cost is $32 pp. The food looks better than it tastes for the most part. Standouts were the macadamia muffin, the fresh Papaya, and the Portuguese omlette. The French toast sounded great (coconut french toast) but was hohum. The coffee was below average for the island. The service was great. There used to be an Omlette station when we stayed here about 15-20 years ago but no more. Is it worth $75 a couple? No. We came because we liked it it years ago and wanted to see and experience again. I do think it will be worth a trip once they renovate the place , especially if they improved the food and bring back the Omlette station (they need to improve the taste and selection of all their food and I suspect they are holding back to save money for the time during which everything will be closed).

Dinner and breakfast is wonderful so many options and the view is amazing.

Food was amazing, price is a little steep for adults but kids were about the right amount. Lots of food choices and healthy options as well.

The breakfast location of the Hyatt Regency. As there are some 800 rooms to this hotel, it can get very busy at 'breakfast rush hour'. It is best to come early, to really enjoy this buffet at a leisurely pace.The servers are super friendly, and seem to really enjoy working there.
